Delta Vario Characteristics
- Modular electric plastering machine for premixed and traditional materials.
- Used to continuously convey think materials of up to a grain size of 6 mm.
- Resistant and easy to maintain. Only subject to slight wear and tear.
- Equipped with re-adjustable endless stators or maintenance-free stators.
- Standard features include a maintenance-free three-phase (380 V/50 Hz) geared motor.
- Equipped with a standard materials tank with a capacity of approximately 80 litres and a very convenient loading height.
- The machine's chassis is made out of a robust steel framework equipped with two large pneumatic wheels.
- Optional equipment includes a electric remote control unit (42 V) and a pneumatic remote control unit (for situations in which material to be conveyed not only has to be pumped but also sprayed).

Delta Vario Performance
- High levels of performance in civil engineering works and tunnels. Can be used
of fill and inject anchoring mortar and cement suspensions as well as spray
modified micro-concrete.
- Offers the possibility of automating control of the continuous mixer by means of
a damp probe in the materials tank of the pump.
- Appropriate mixes can be made on-site by using a planetary mixer placed over
the materials tank.
